Your struggles with food aren’t personal,
they are cultural
Garfa helps you unlearn diet culture and build a more playful relationship with food through education, reflection, and creativity.
Olá! I am Cláudia
I studied nutrition and food marketing, but I soon felt limited by the way food was often reduced to numbers, rules, and outcomes.
After moving into graphic design and illustration, I realized I wanted to bring those worlds together — using visual creativity to make food education feel lighter, more playful, and free from guilt.
At the center of it all is my love of food and learning. I’m driven by curiosity, and Garfa is my way of turning that curiosity into a space where food can be explored with more play and freedom.
